Every Umut watch is covered by our 1-year guarantee from the day it's delivered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how it works.
How it works
1. Get in touch
Send us a message through our contact page with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or short video showing the issue.
2. We review it
We reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps. No complicated forms, no hassle.
3. We replace or refund
If your watch has a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. If a replacement isn't available, we'll offer a refund.
What's covered
- Movement faults (the watch stops or doesn't keep time properly under normal use)
- Defective hands, crown or clasp
- Manufacturing faults in the case, dial or bracelet
What isn't covered
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the glass, case or bracelet
- Damage from accidents, drops or impacts
- Water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance
- Battery replacement on quartz watches
- Damage from repairs or modifications by third parties
- Lost or stolen watches
