Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, independent of this policy.
